A Kitchen Completely Reimagined

These guys are the best. We have had 2 major protects done and they have turned out better than I imagined. Solstice presented ideas and options that I wouldn't have thought of. Would recommend them for any updates or projects you need done.

It was wonderful having someone to ask questions during each step of the design, the selections, and the actual work. We are so pleased to write this review. They did such a wonderful job on our kitchen/half bath/mudroom that we immediately had them back to do our primary bathroom! They stayed on budget and completed on-time. At a high level - because of their designs, attention to detail and craftsmanship, our home has been transformed to a well functioning, beautiful place to live. Our three teenagers, who thought there was no reason to do a renovation, have actually admitted they love it and want to have their friends over! Highlights: Overall - we had no surprise bills. Everyone was very respectful of the budget and we never felt we were being oversold - plus the quality of the materials and the work was fantastic! If we made changes, they were immediately transparent about how that would change the cost - this helped us make good decisions and stay on budget. Derek - such a great designer - he never forgot all of the details we shared of the function we needed and the designs we wanted. He came to us with suggestions and solutions we would have never considered and we are better for it. Scott and all of the professionals that worked on our home - These people are true craftsmen. So much attention to detail. Like Derek, they listened and made suggestions to help improve and problem solve. ALSO, these people are in your home for sometimes weeks at a time. We grew to know each person and looked forward to seeing them. They also really liked each other which made it very comfortable to be around. Cathy - we loved working with her as she helped us make our detailed design decisions. She did so much research and coordination to facilitate helping us pick out all of the materials and finishes. A truly wonderful professional and person!

We recently completed a kitchen renovation and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. We have a small kitchen and honestly weren’t sure how much we could do with the space, plus we needed to stay within a certain budget—but the team really made it all come together. Derek made the planning process easy and stress-free, and Cathy was amazing helping us pick out everything from a tile backsplash and countertops to hardware and flooring. She made what could have felt overwhelming actually fun and exciting. Scott did a great job making sure everything stayed on track and ran smoothly. We also want to recognize the crew; Mark, Tony, Kyle, Dave and Tracy, Todd and his daughter, along with Joe (who stayed real late one night to make sure the backsplash was completed and correct). They are all hardworking, respectful, and clearly take pride in what they do. Communication was great, everything stayed on schedule, and our home was treated with care throughout. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and our new kitchen is both beautiful and functional. We highly recommend Solstice!!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Derek, Scott, Keli and the whole Solstice Team on our full kitchen renovation. Their guidance and expertise made the process feel manageable and enjoyable while bringing our vision to reality. Keli, a designer, held my hand every step of the way and made sure each detail, the cabinet hardware, lighting and countertop, came together beautifully. I did an extensive kitchen and master bathroom remodel with Solstice and had the best experience! Derek came up with the perfect overall design based on what my vision was, Keli guided me through the difficult decisions on all of the finishes, and Scott and his construction team were super professional, friendly and efficient! Solstice Kitchen & Bath renovated our kitchen 3 years ago and recently completed the renovation of our primary bath. Derek’s designs are beautiful and practical. If I had known dealing with Solstice Kitchen and Bath would have been as easy as it was, I wouldn’t have delayed my remodel so long! I went armed with a plan to make my existing kitchen and dining room into a bigger kitchen. Derek tweaked the design I provided a bit - and then I complicated things by adding my living room and half bath to the mix. One thing of note: his estimate was about as spot-on as it could be. Keli helped me make design choices, and Scott took care of getting the work done. They listened, they were responsive, and they came up with innovative solutions to make my kitchen the showplace it is today. I couldn't be happier with the end result! That was 2018 and that happiness kept me coming back: 2024 - Primary bedroom/bathroom/closet rework 2025 - hall bath/laundry room remodel, bedroom refresh In other words, "Interior by Solstice Kitchen and Bath" is appropriate. My 30+ year old home is no longer looking it's age, and I couldn't be more pleased. Actually, they do the work, but it's more like "Interior by Solstice Kitchen and Bath AND You". They partner with you to help make your vision/ideas a reality - and then you get to live in it!

We worked with Solstice on a complete bathroom renovation and remodel including converting from a tub to shower. The Solstice staff is knowledgeable in their field and attentive to details. The finished product exceeds our expectations, and we are completely satisfied with our new bathroom. We highly recommend Solstice and will call them for any future projects.
