Kitchen Designed for Entertaining

This kitchen design transformed the space from an outdated eat-in kitchen to a sophisticated space ideal for entertaining and family life (including the furry family members!). The U-shaped kitchen layout was update to include a keyhole shaped island that created a more functional and sociable space. It also allowed us to install a custom finished window bench where the family’s much loved pet, Rubius, can sit and see out the window.

The Solstice team removed the bulkhead to allow for a new chef’s range hood and full height cabinetry. The stylish kitchen cabinet design features a two-tone color scheme from Koch Cabinets, with base cabinets in Foxhall Green paired with honey bronze hardware and wall cabinets in Ivory paired with matte black hardware. The new design enhanced the kitchen’s storage with custom accessories and an elegant rollout pantry cabinet that replaced the old, awkward pantry.
